Replacement Policy

🔁 Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement if:

  • It is received in a damaged condition.
  • The product is defective or not functioning as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

📅 Replacement Request Window

You must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery Return From Services Center.


📝 How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at anuragmobilestore2@gmail.com or raise a request on the Contact Us page.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for replacement, and attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and approve your request within 24-48 hours.

🚚 Pickup & Replacement Process

  • For eligible products, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2-4 working days.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
  • Perishable or personalized/customized items (unless received damaged).

  • Replacements are only provided for the same item (same size/color/variant) unless unavailable.
  • If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, shipping costs for replacement may apply.
