A product is eligible for replacement if:
- It is received in a damaged condition.
- The product is defective or not functioning as described.
- The wrong item was delivered.
đ Replacement Request Window
You must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery Return From Services Center.
đ How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Email us at anuragmobilestore2@gmail.com or raise a request on the Contact Us page.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for replacement, and attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will verify and approve your request within 24-48 hours.
đ Pickup & Replacement Process
- For eligible products, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2-4 working days.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
â Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
- Perishable or personalized/customized items (unless received damaged).

- Replacements are only provided for the same item (same size/color/variant) unless unavailable.
- If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, shipping costs for replacement may apply.
