🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You have received the wrong product.

  • Beyond 7 days, we may not be able to process your request.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The original invoice/bill must be included in the return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

📝 How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

🚚 Return Pickup & Refund Process

  • For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • In some cases, a store credit may be issued.

💡 Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong product, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
