- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The original invoice/bill must be included in the return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
📝 How to Request a Return

🚚 Return Pickup & Refund Process
- For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- In some cases, a store credit may be issued.
💡 Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong product, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
